I followed the link to the Venomocity website that was over a campaign done by students to curb teen smoking. The main purpose was to curb addiction by using radio advertisements, posters, cinema and internet advertising, and an original website http://www.venomocity.com.
I found the website very interesting as well as a great tool to appeal to youths, as well as remaining very interactive.
The campaign is based in Arizona and looks to be very succesful.

This case study was about tobacco use among 12-17 year olds in Arizona. Mary Ehlert-Kleinoeder and her team researched the previous methods of youth prevention campaigns and determined that although the teens know the disadvantages of smoking, they are not quitting. Mary and her team put together a campaige that focuses more on viral marketing and social media. Mainly the Internet.

Mary Ehlert- Kleinoeder and a team of researchers put together a campaign to let teens know the risks of smoking. Although many teens know the risks it involves they continue to do so. The study was about 12-17 year olds in Arizona that use tobacco products.
